We understand that when computers go wrong and problems occur, the last thing you might want is to be bombarded with techno-babble. If you don't want to know the hows and whys of what's gone wrong, or how we intend to fix it, we won't mention it. In fact, most of the time you won't even see us, as we can fix the majority of problems remotely. No more having to stay in and wait for the doorbell to ring.

Unfortunately, sometimes we will have to come out to you, but when we do, we're happy to just turn up promptly, fix things and quietly leave. Think of us as a friendly ‘Computer Plumber’.

Fun stuff too!

Your computer doesn't have to be broken or in need of repair for us to help. Of course, we can help with fun things too, like setting up an iPod or your new laptop, or even installing wireless broadband... In fact there's almost nothing we can't turn our collective hands to.
