About us

SafetyNet I.T. was initially formed to provide the highest possible levels of service and IT support for the residents of South Manchester and Cheshire. All our staff have previously worked in either IT consultancy, or have service-industry backgrounds.

While we aren't as big as the likes of IBM, or Microsoft (not yet anyway...), we think you'll appreciate the personal touch that we can still give our customers. Most of the time you'll only ever have to speak to one person as all our staff are encouraged to follow all their jobs from inception to conclusion. Imagine, no more being bounced from department to department – the first person you speak to should be the only person you have to speak to.

We recognise that not everyone wants to know the ins and outs of modern computing, nor do they want to be unnecessarily inconvenienced when things go wrong. Our stance is that you should be able to have your cake and eat it too – everything we do is about making it simple for you.
